peter barely represses a laugh, if only because he knows how much this situation gets under harry’s skin. call peter immature, but that just kind of makes the whole thing about a thousand times more entertaining for him. it’s smart, of course, that harry not let others know he’s more than capable of taking care of himself nowadays. plus, it means that peter gets to play the hero.
“ careful there, harry. did’ya twist an ankle ?? ” he asks, lifting harry easily. he pitches his voice lower. “ hold on, sir. i’m gonna get us out of here. ” smarter to be away from the scene of all that action if they aren’t looking for a long-ass night of questioning.
hmmm... the first things they said to nathan: peter - "fuck! why the hell is your blood so bitter?!" arthur - "it's...a pleasure to meet you, lord priestiss." victoria - "oh! would you look at that! your hair is just as wild as mine! hehe!" salem - "i've been told a lot about you, lord priestiss, and i'm not disappointed."
