"Thirteen years of waiting." Doc muttered as quietly as he could, walking away from the door slowly after the room heard the satisfying metal click of the bars locking together, some even relaxing at the sound; they're safe, at least they are for now.
"I think it’s about time you rejoined our little pet project." Cleo's hands clung onto her mouth, muffling the chuckles that came out of it. "Thirteen years isn’t long enough." She said, putting her hand down while cautiously looking at everyone in the room. everyone was tense she could tell, but why wouldn't they? she was one of them and she knew that none of them were taking a chance.
She knew she was lucky that she even got the time to take a step into their self-proclaimed territory, by the smell she could tell that none could even imagine being able to take another in that wasn't apart of the group. "But hey, you lot seem to be holding up just fine."
