when or if I started shipping it: Whenever I see the opportunity for girl/girl ships I jump on it, my dude. 

my thoughts: Since we didn’t get a ton of their personality/story through the show it’s a really interesting ship for me, because we have a lot to interpret on.build for them ourselves, in terms of story and personality. They have the potential to be really really cute???? And also, what an attractive couple. Goodness gracious.

what makes me happy about them: That they’re both women at the top of their sport and are making their own decisions, and would be a kickass pair.

what makes me sad about them: That we have little to no content of them interacting.

Can this be like business? Because I’ve been in a committed relationship with my hair stylist for like 7 years now..lmao! Romantically, 2 years and 10 months.

I personally think it’s communication/trust. If you can truly talk about anything with each other, I think everything else comes easy.

important question: pining!Keith or pining!Lance?

Mm… pining!Lance. 

I think I used to go out of my way to find pining!Keith fics when I first joined the fandom because the early fics were so heavily skewed the other way… but the issue for me was never so much with who was pining for who but how Keith was portrayed in general. Now fandom has shifted the other way since pining!keith became a ‘thing’ but... pining!Lance is actually really good and makes a lot of sense to me. I like taking Lance’s need for validation from Keith and turning it into something else. Or just confused Lance who mistakes sexual tension for competitive tension. 

All the more tragic because Keith probably believes Lance genuinely dislikes him.
