Ladies of the Night || Julianne & Emilia
It was around watching the sixth episode in one day of The Walking Dead that Julianne realised enough was enough. She knew the dangers of over indulging in netflix and that is exactly what she had done. Julianne was the sort of person who always had to stay busy, either working or just doing something. She could easily slip into her current pattern of binging TV shows while staying wide awake all hours of the night which only made her more tired. She hauled herself off the couch and looked at her appearance in the mirror, laughing at the way her blonde hair was sticking up in all directions. Since arriving in London a week ago, she still hadn't managed to adjust her sleeping pattern, spending half the night wide awake. But enough was enough, it was time to find something to do that didn't involve becoming part of the couch but also make a new friend or two.
Julianne changed out of her hoodie and yoga pants into something more presentable and ran a brush through her knotted hair, forcing it into some sort of style before adding a little makeup to her face. She was starting to look like one of the Walking Dead and that would never do. When she was working, she was almost a different person, seeming to thrive on little sleep and long work hours, so her time off needed to be manipulated into something productive, even if it was simply just breaking a pattern.
Once she decided she looked decent enough, Julianne pulled on a pair of boots and slipped on a jacket, shoving her phone, keys, licence and credit card into her pocket, deciding that was all she would need and headed out the front door and out if her apartment block. The bitter, damp air was a shock to the system but she soldiered on through it, heading to the address Emilia Clarke had given her, in search of a new nocturnal activity.
