Okay honest question here. How is one of the characters being Caucasian literally making you "sick to your stomach"? It didn't slander any races, it didn't call anyone inferior, it just was a joke on tumblr's reaction to ONE (1) of the characters being canonically Caucasian.

Yeah sure I just said that in one of my last answers that it could be construed as exactly that.

But if you want to take a peek at your dash for a second, that's not how the fandom is interpreting it at all. It's ammunition to be slung at people like me as "proof" that trying to draw non-white characters is wrong, and proof that white is the only canon race in homestuck

check out all the people (yourself included) celebrating the fact that jane is canonically white because WOW what a hilarious joke against those CRAZY SJWS!! and because WOW it means that they no longer have to accept nonwhite characters as possibly canon

THAT'S what's making me sick to my stomach friend because now it's loose in the fandom and i'm going to have to deal with it from now on if i want to continue to be a part of it

you can't strip away the context for this it was too fucking deliberate and loaded for that. i'm not mad because jane is white now, i'm mad that this is going to definitively ruin this fandom for me
