15. Distance Disturbs Me by Set It Off
Lowkey highkey got back into some of the edgy music I used to listen to in middle school and early high school in the middle of this year. This, along with some other edgy songs are on a ship playlist that I frequented a lot this year, the ship is for another fandom and is, like, my one and only hate-ship (? where the two people hate each other and that’s the point) and so I’ve used that as an excuse to put some of my favorite edgy music in, lol
I’ve listened to this song too much recently for it to spark a specific memory, but Set It Off, in general, reminds me of early high school and chilling outside before classes started. Also! I almost titled my animation short “Distance Disturbs Me” since it’s about a stalker and I thought the title was cool until I remembered it was actually from a song, so I changed it and then listened to the song on repeat for like 2 days.
