Pilu of the Woods and More!!!

Hi, Friends! It’s been so long since I’ve been on here, but with the recent Tumblr chaos, I just wanted to pop-in and give y’all an update of where you can find me!

So the most exciting update is that my middle-grade graphic novel is coming out April 17th of next year!!

It’s about a girl named Willow who runs away from home. She befriends a lil’ lost forest spirit named Pilu and they try to find their way back home. It’s a short story, but I put my whole dang heart in it, so I hope you’ll enjoy it.

2017 HOURLIES! I DUN IT! IT’S LATE, BUT I DUN IT!

I followed my 5 year hourlies tradition and didn’t follow the rules :P I sketched them the day of, but it took me forever to find time to ink and scan them. But hourlies are one of my favorite things, cause I remember this day SO clearly every year, just cause of the micro-journaling. As someone who sometimes floats in a fog, it’s nice to have this one day that seems like yesterday all the time...even if they are often mundane and ordinary! It’s so fun to see how my day-to-day has changed—from people to habits to thoughts to perspectives to etc etc etc

Hi!! It’s been a while!! I have mostly been working on my comic and haven’t had much time to draw anything else. I want to change that a bit this year, and hopefully draw things beyond forest-haired kids :)
