15 : a saying, joke, or hermetic meme that only people from your country will get?

this one’s difficult, i guess there’s lots of french saying that non-french people can’t get, one of the weirdest one for foreigners must be “pisser dans un violon” (”pissing in a violin” aka doing something useless)

22 : what makes you proud about your country? what makes you ashamed?

i’m really proud of the french language and our literary background, to me it’s one of the most beautiful languages in the world. What I’m ashamed of is primarily is the fact that we claim to be the country of equality and liberty but it’s far from the truth : case and point being our colonialist past and our politics towards african countries that used to be colonies

Edit : I’m also very proud and glad to live in a country with a good social welfare

1. favourite place in your country ?

i’m so happy to live in paris, for me it’s the most beautiful city, but when I travel, my to go place is the ‘Cévennes’ (mountain chain) also called ‘Cévennes bleues’ because when you’re at the top of the highest mountain  you see all the blue mountains far away and it’s beautiful
