A nice end to a long day, had to drop off and pick up the wife from outpatient surgery and then when she was comfy at home I got to go and install my show at the Ohr O’Keefe Museum of art. Thanks to the great staff it looks great. This Saturday March 24th come learn. This is only 6 days away. Come and learn how to mix a base glaze and see what it does with various oxides and carbonates. Each participant will get to make one base glaze and ten variations. You will also get to recipes for all the glazes used in the workshop and we will sit down and to ooo and ahhh at the final results. Plus I think there are .8 CEU’s available for teachers. Pulled these handbuilt vases made from slabs pulled from body casts and gave them a washing. These have been hiding in my studio since June when they were fired them cleaned up. Now to take them out for their public debut at Ohr Fest.
