The summer of endless water vapor continues 💦 but so must the miles. I’ve been looking at my metrics lately and talking with my coach at @mcmillanrunning about how to improve my endurance and one of things we’ve decided is to really slow it down on the endurance days. And tonight I did that, going at a very relaxed effort for 5 miles, average heart rate 138. That’s probably still higher than I should be for this effort but it’s a work in progress.
