I have a confession to make... Over the last month or so (possibly longer!) I’ve hardly been applying oil or handcream and my nails are wrecked! Can you believe it?! As you can see the ring finger has split right down to the quick again, I think this and using some gel polish back to back for a month hasn’t helped. People often focus on nail strengtheners - which don’t get me wrong certainly have their place, but I can’t overstate the importance of moisture. Oil makes a massive difference, I’m a big believer in using oil for skin, hair and nails.
