I did this fanart testing some brushes and trying to emulate (to an extend) the scroll drawings of the game. Okami is so dear to me. Was the first game that make me look for it’s concept art and inspired me to become a concept artist one day.Oki is one of my fav characters as well :)

I repurposed an older character of mine into another Okami OC! His name is The Poet and he's a big shy dude. He's also got a full side-quest!

{{ Okami-style Vernon, but as a member of the Oina tribe as suggested by @misty-lord-of-sin. Love that aesthetic. It was a lot of fun to simplify his Silverwind armor; to design his mask and wolf form too! (Was initially supposed to be a black panther kind of mask but ended up looking more like a black cat. Not that I mind)

Obviously used my new brushes for the heck of it.

Okami InkTober Day 7: Shy

The Onia hide their faces in their human form so you never know what they look like under their masks, so maybe their are just a bit shy :>

Have you ever heard of oina? No? That's not really a surprise, because oina is a very old Romanian (and forgotten) sport. Some say oina is the mother of baseball. Well, we don’t know about that, but it’s a fun sport indeed.
