Somehow I ended up starting my own little spiritual journey and it’s been helping a ton, mentally, and I also have been feeling more energetic! Practices like meditating, reading, walking on a nice summer night, and taking a step back from things like social media has also been super helpful.

It’s only been about a week. The kind of growth I’m seeking won’t happen overnight. I may falter, but I may also thrive. So can you. It’s not going to be an easy ride, I know I’ll have my days, but it is worth it to search for the joy of life if it’s what you want. Just keep trying.
