Then for the music asks: everyone with a 7
Yesssss I’m gonna do this for all three sets I’m so EXCITED
7. An instrumentalThose Everyday Feels - Kevin Penkin–If y’all haven’t listened to the Made in Abyss OST yet plz go do so it is SO good
17. A song for ragingByeby Baby Sayonara - Aki Akane–The scream at the beginning of this song really sells it |D
27. A song with countingSTEP you - Ayumi Hamasaki –Only up to 4 and only in the chorus but that counts! (Also, trivia: this was the very first J-pop song I ever got into. I distinctly remember putting it onto a tiny mp3 player my dad let me have and wandering around a local fair with it on repeat.)
37. A song you’re ashamed to have in your music libraryWhy Not - Hilary Duff–”Ashamed” is a bit of a strong word; my iPod is an old classic and big enough to hold all of my music so I haven’t taken anything off of it from middle/high school, so songs like this are reflective of that time! But this one in particular came from an album I didn’t really like all that much and only put on my iPod cause my friend lent it to me, so ;; I guess it qualifies.
7. A song you remember all the lyrics toPAPERMOON - Tommy heavenly6–I remember all the lyrics to many songs, so I just went for a self indulgent one here ehe <3(FUN STORY: At my high school graduation party my mom had the brilliant idea that I should sing to which I said “HELL NO THAT’S SO EMBARRASSING” but then my brother’s band at the time went to the trouble of learning this song so I felt like I had to…it WAS embarrassing, but also since I love singing and also since it’s such an important song to me I had fun anyway ;; I wrote my own English lyrics for it and sang both my version and the original Japanese |D )
17. A song you like from the 70s/80sShout - Tears for Fears–Originally from the year 1984! I was not alive in 1984 |D but my parents were and they played this album when I was a baby, so it became my favorite song when I was a wee lass. I asked for it at my aunt’s wedding but the DJ didn’t know what I was talking about D:
7. A song to drive toSome Nights - fun.–In college when my friends and I drove anywhere we always had music on and this was played every single time we were in the car and we all belted it at the top of our lungs, so every time I think of driving songs I think of this one ;A;
17. A song that you would sing a duet with on karaokedrop pop candy - Reol feat. Giga–I have sung this at karaoke :3c no one would duet with me at the time tho |D (get the scythe hubby in there for a duet hoho <3 )
27. A song that breaks your heartCry - Alexx Calise–Many songs make me emotional and evoke feelings of sadness, but this one specifically jumps to mind because I found it during a really bad period of depression and the lyrics sounded like I had wrote them…so I can’t listen to it without crying ;;
THANK YOU AGAIN COTTY these are so much fun to do wehhhh
