•he acts hostile and violent towards people, but he’s actually afraid they’ll hurt him if he lets them in too close

•he’s gotten most of his scars from adults ranging from indigo to violet

Items Needed:

->a bowl of Blanquette de Veau or tomato soup with chicken

-> Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen{for when he’s sick}

->fruits, especially apples and grapes

->a place comfy to sit or lay down on

-> blankets, sweaters, things that are warm/ will keep you warm

basically just,,,make sure he rests every chance he gets. he forgets to take breaks and care of himself, and usually works and cares for his quads until he’s exhausted beyond belief. so having someone remind him to sit down and have a little ‘me’ time would do wonders.

letting him cook you his favourite comfort food and watching a film while cuddling under a blanket is probably the most effective way to get him to relax, since he can simultaneously make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of. its a win-win on both ends.
