my opinion on;

character in general: this mcu pietro is so different from the xmcu one, he is so much darker and angrier than my trash son, but still tragic (and pretty) i just really love ow different they are, but both are so interesting!how they play them: so well, like they have all these different layers down and their writing flows so nicely but is still fancy and quality afthe mun: who u even bruh? never talked to that mun tbh, but i’m glad i found you

i don’t like that. stop that. right now. 

the laws of time bend and shift and coagulate like thick syrup, like crystals, like tangible constructs--things the doctor has a firm hand in, things that occasionally pass between the touch of humans and humanoid species, things that sometimes brush or graze a passerby, or fall into his grasp.

he can’t fault pietro for merely existing. to do so would be to slot in with the amalgamation of abusers who discriminate for genetic differences--things that used to be particularly prominent on gallifrey. 

but he can disapprove of the temporal distortions-- things that are not meant to be perceived in the way pietro perceives them. hyper speed is a subcategory of time manipulation. he doesn’t like it. 

the doctor realizes he’s been staring. he pulls his gaze away for a moment.
