Caesar lives au where he grows old with Joseph and is still very into his hamon training so he shows up in part 4 with Oldseph looking like just a middle aged italian dude. Everyone aside from Jotaro who already fucking knew like “oh are you Mr. Joestars aid?” And Caesar just “His husband actually but basically yeah”
