Imagine believing that Jews are historically from Europe when the Akkadian calendar (c. 2200 BCE) is right there. Some of the months are literally the same. And don’t @ me keyboard warriors. I know I said Akkadian and the link is to Babylonian. The Akkadians came first and their cuneiform was used extensively for the next 23 centuries. The OLD Babylonians came several centuries after with the Ur III period in between.

And yes, I was reading a whole ass book when I said out loud “gee, Kislimu sounds a lot like Kislev.”
