Coach trip to Lucerne in 1930 by Frederick McLean Via Flickr: An old photograph of a coach trip from London to Lucerne, Switzerland, in 1930. The bottom of the photo is annotated "Switzerland 1930", the roof of the coach has 'London to Lucerne' written on it, and from the photo reverse it was once stuck in someone's photo album.

Teesside Leyland Tiger Cub No. 50 by Frederick McLean Via Flickr: An old photograph of Teesside Railless Traction Board (TRTB) coach No. 50 (registration PVN50). There is nothing on the photo reverse so if you know the photographer let me have the name and I will credit them. No. 50 went into TRTB service Dec 1957 comprising a Leyland PSUC1 (Tiger Cub) chassis No. 575512 and a Roe Dalesman body No. GO4597 seating 41 (C41C). In Apr 1968 the TRTB fleet merged with the fleets of Middlesbrough and Stockton to form Teeside Municipal Transport, in Aug 1970 it was renumbered as S350. In Apr 1974 it went to Cleveland Transit of Middlesbrough, they withdrew it in 1975 and in November of that year it went to Booth of Rotherham for scrap. 📷 Any photograph I post on Flickr is an original in my possession, nothing is ever copied/downloaded from another location. 📷 ------------------------------------------------- If there are any errors in the above description please let me know.
