Okay old-school internet crew, I need help tracking down a bit of internet not-that-old history:

Among all the dress up games I used to play (and still do when I can find them) there was a certain type (on one, maybe two sites?) that was all pixel character icons in chibi anime style- they were mostly full body, most were animated/gifs, and there were hundreds of pages of outfit pieces/full outfits you could choose from, as well as hair and facial feature options,

And then there were borders and backgrounds and effects you could add for a fully animated, pixelated, customized anime icon

Does ANYONE know or remember what this site or this type of dress up icon was called?? I’ve tried like 50 different search combinations and I haven’t found anything even close -_-
