god fucking hell my sleep schedule is SO fucked not even staying up 24 hours fixes it anymore. I feel like I'm destroying my body. It's so stupid. It has 100% to do with bad habits and impulsivity, but I just can't seem to get to control it better. And I don't have money for getting professional help either. It's like when you really want something to be fixed but you don't have the energy or capacity to actually get your ass in gear to fix it
