I'm pretty sure that you can tell that old shape Henry's firebox is bigger than Gordon's yet gordon steams better than henry.
Probably like this for technical resons for the models, but let's think that the hybrid parts of henry, have him require more steam than his fire can give, and Gordon can use a little steam for a lot of things, thanks to a super heater or something that the more lore thirsty fans can figure out, and if you have your own hadcannon for this I would love to hear it!
