This song has been heavy on my mental since the beginning of the year, and especially right now. This is my 25th year, and I’m feeling the pressures of being an official ✨adult✨. Not only that, but this year has come with some major life changes (career changes, losing loved ones, and the likes). This song makes me feel melancholic, wistful, hopeful, and grounded all at the same time. Like it’s time to stop my feeble ass attempts at escapism. Time to stop running from life. Time stop running from my feelings. Time to stop running from myself.
