Is anyone using New XKit? Is it any good? Should I switch? Firefox just updated itself and killed Old XKit, and I could do dodgy manual config file changes to make Old XKit work or I could just use New XKit

@ friends/anyone who uses (old) xkit you may have noticed that it finally died on you, but fear not. @new-xkit-extension exists and works really well, the links to install it are on their blog. if you just disable old xkit instead of deleting it completely some of your settings will jump although not all of mine did anyways good stuff i hope this helps you
Archived Posts Now Savable!
I’ve made an update to Post Archiver that should allow you to save your archived posts via an import/export function.
To get this on Old XKit follow these instructions:
open the xkit editor and open the postarchive extension.
Copy the new code from here and paste it over the old code (select all the old code, then paste).
Go to the “Stylesheet” tab.
Copy the new code from here and paste it over the old code (select all the old code, then paste).
Click the save button on the side.
Go to your tumblr page and refresh.
If something breaks the first time, don’t panic! Something probably went wrong with the pasting in, but this should never cause you to lose your data. Simply try again, and if it’s still broken, send us an ask detailing what you did (the more detail, the better) and what error you’re getting.
