you know what i miss? when ask memes were 'surveys' and were limited to like 25-30 wuestions and you just answered all of them, some with one word answers and some with a paragraph. that way you didn't have to keep track of what numbers in your ask box corresponded to which wuestions. and stuff.
I have discovered a few things on this wild journey of mine: 1) I’ve never written a novel-length fanfiction before 2) I am trying to write a SERIES, why did i think this was a good idea?! 3) I have thrown myself into the deep end 4) I mean I always WANTED to write a novel series but um - they never flew?
So, fanfiction! Perfect place to practice! However, I am a critical ‘attempting to be a serious’ writer so I am not (in some ways unfortunately) a oblivious young tadpole crashing about in the pond.
My loyal reviewer, kaleidoscope recommended I move to the spacebattles forums for more feedback and I have been bitten by the ‘hey, I can fix stuff I was unhappy with!’ bug. Whoops. ^_^;

I am now realizing the Scions were intended as the True Companions but the Player Character doesn’t get to talk much and the Scions don’t have the Echo and you’re either explicitly alone or accompanied by ‘trusted adventurer comrades’ while fighting the primals
Ignoring this and deciding to write a fic about Warriors of Light & their Echohearing Free Companymates who are also weird and Gifted in their own ways
