Liam was going through hard time with modeling for so long show after show traveling all the time, he enjoyed it. Don’t get him wrong he loves modeling and he was so on top in his career. But it was too much, he needed to take a break and go back home. And just have a lazy kind of routine instead of his crazy one, no make up, bed hair, wearing sweatpants and wife beater. and that he did. He decided to take the longest break in 3 years which is sad because it isn’t really that long just 4 months and go back to UK. Wolverhampton to be exact. His parents greeted him with teary eyes so proud of him but at the same time worried that he is working himself too hard. his mother ushered him in as she said “we need to talk but dinner first” and talk they did. They talked and his mom knew that she knows when there is something wrong with her boy. but they didn’t get much out of him. But Andy did. See Andy is his childhood friend. And he takes no shit. If his mother let him be. Andy wouldn’t, and Liam actually wasn’t planning on hiding what he is feeling from him. “I won’t say you are stupid, but you are stupid” Andy says after Liam told him he’s afraid of what’s to come he’s getting older and his self esteem isn’t at its best. “You are amazing take each day as it comes don’t worry your self and just enjoy your life, you are traveling the world, meeting people you never thought you would and working with the best, and I bet you’ve shagged a lot of hot guys” Liam here stopped him “well um, that’s uh.. Kinda the problem.. Like I need something stable in all this madness.. I need someone to share this with and its hard to find that I tried but I’m always busy with photo shoots or whatever”.

He spent his afternoons at his favorite coffee shop that brought him a lot of memories. And then he saw him with his instant camera taking picture after picture, and he kept watching him. Then he was there also the next afternoon. And the day after that and the day after. And it was two week since he fist saw him, and today was different because this time he was in the coffeeshop, still with his polaroid with his freind? Or boyfriend he didn’t know, he was laughing.. He’s literally glowing. And Liam’s breath hitches.

He met his eyes only once the last two weeks. Liam was heading home and he gave Liam the sweetest smile. But now.. He is heading his way.. Oh shit. “Hi” And suddenly Liam lost his ability to speak. “Y'you’ve been watching me” Zayn says eyes on the floor blushing hard. And Liam takes a deep breath stumbling on his words “I’m sorry if I bother..” and Zayn lifted his eyes shaking his head. “No, no um actually I wanted to see if we- I could meet up with you sometime” And Liam just kept blinking at him. And Zayn lifted his camera in a sec and snapped a photo smiling proudly when he saw the pic. And Liam blushed. “"Yeah, sure” Zayn put the camera on the table took a pen and scribbled something on the picture and gave it to Liam winking “text me”.

They meet at the park. They go out more than once. And at the end of one of their not date dates which Andy tells him they definitely are. Zayn turns to Liam and grabs him by his jersey “you know we’ve been going out on dates right?” Zayn says. Liam shakes his head embarrassed. “Do you like me?” Zayn whispers. “Yeah” Liam breathes. “Then kiss me”
