Victoria had been on the road for too long and she was tired. She had left SimCity in the afternoon and now it was almost morning. This Motel didn’t look very promising, but what other choice did she have in the middle of the desert?

Only one room was taken, said the lady in the “reception”, by someone named Loner… Or was the person in that room a Loner? Anyway, she was too tired to try to make sense of it.

The interior of the room wasn’t any better than the outside. And now, with the sun rising, the decrepit state of the motel was becoming more apparent. She turned on the TV to keep her company, lit a cigarette a said to the empty room:

“Here’s to retirement”.
