Wow. What a way to finish a year, by mentally reviewing many years past and recovering an old album that was very meaningful to me in my life. Lynch.'s first few albums (which have a distinctively different, more raw and expressive sound) are pretty much out of print. Can't buy them anywhere. I used to own them all, but through computer crashes in the days before cloud storage, lost them. I found digital copies on an obscure blog today. (Along with DEATHGAZE's first album where Hazuki was the vocalist, which I really liked.) I remember listening to these through one of the most difficult periods of my existence. I remember practicing my vocals to these songs every day, writing lyrics upon lyrics to hold onto for the day where I finally had the opportunity to put them to music and record. Those times are gone.
