Colt 1911 Paint Job - Pt.2 I sprayed the hand grips white then once dried I sprayed them again with a brown spray paint. The screws/rivets I painted black using a small paintbrush then once dried I painted them silver and weathered them lightly with some watered down black paint. As for the 2 gold coin like pieces I sprayed them with a gold spray paint and weathered them using a brown wash paint and slotted them back into the underside of the hand grips.
