in my mind I imagine Krkrra does the strategizing and offensive sorcery, Seafrost is on DPS duty and Oleander takes care of healing/defense/bitching and complaining. Krkrra doesn't speak Tamriellic nor understand it due to structural differences in sound reception, so battle planning is usually through a sign system (general objectives, what to do if xyz happens, physical placement in relation to the enemy, and a sign that denotes something that will need to be improvised between phases of a plan eg. "board ship -> ???? -> profit")
