Took a break from grading yesterday.
The peacock is a Papyrus card from The Judge. I couldn’t find a square frame I liked until I went to Michael’s Wednesday night in search of an 11x14 piece of glass. Then realized i needed a piece that is 11x15. The Guadalupe is a stamp from a Santa Fe store called Our Lady of Rubber. Last I checked it was down from the Plaza on San Francisco Street. @papyrus

Housing Opportunity Management Enterprises' (HOME) held a groundbreaking ceremony Wednesday for the Nuestra Señora community.
The new housing development located at 415 Montana Ave. will house 80 families.
"Nuestra Señora is a community based on hope and people that find themselves needing affordable housing are looking for that hope, they are looking for that place to call home where they have that security and that's what it means," Gerald Cichon, CEO of HOME.
