After I posted that picture of Kid Chameleon by prolific videogame magazine illustrator Oliver "Oli" Frey the other day, Tumblr user lunaticobscurity got in touch and reminded me that Frey created a Japanese street gang of delinquent youths that acted as Sega Force magazine's mascots. I think they're called the Guttersnipes, and here they are, engaging in some good old-fashioned ultra-violence.
