Are there any requirements/limits for submissions? (other that they must be appropriate screenshots taken in photo mode from Super Mario Odyssey, obviously)

Oh, no!! As long as they’re just photos from the game, there’s no limits! I love seeing y’all’s photos, so I wouldn’t restrict them in any way. Thank you for asking!

Dear Oliver,

I haven’t seen either of them, but I can’t say I’m not intrigued by the idea of an American Western film whose plot is derived from a Japanese historical drama.  Their respective stories are from differing countries and eras, but it might prove interesting to see just how closely they resemble one another.

One can hardly expect either film to be quite as thrilling as the original, of course.  Gunfights tend to be over much sooner than sword fights.

There’s a tough one.  On the one hand, Trucy wouldn’t have lost her father and had to settle for a makeshift one...

But on the other, she might never have met her estranged mother and half-brother, and I might never have met any of them.  In short, I’d be sacrificing some of the great things that happened just to prevent a few of the tragic ones.  I think I’ll leave destiny alone, if it’s all the same to you.

Hey I saw your post about Vogue India and I love the way you argued. I mean, you were right, of course, but I mean that you were respectful and understanding to the other girl while making your point. Maybe that seems like a simple thing to you, but I really respect that, especially since this is tumblr. Have a good one!

To me it is always important to show respect no matter what, because it is both polite and also in some cases can be used as an advantage to yourself, since flying off the handle tends to make you sound less credible. 

In addition, on a website like Tumblr, you don’t really know the other person. You don’t know their experiences and upbringing, so it’s inappropriate to make claims about them that could possibly be incorrect. Assumptions are fine in some cases, like in the case where you would assume the other person is white because PoC are very up in arms about fighting racism. 

On a side note, I love your url! I highly dislike olives but for some reason your url really speaks to me???
