Fabrics!!!
Today my good friend who is also a designer went exploring today. He wanted fabric for his upcoming collection which he is debuting in the fall. He’s an avant garde designer and his go to designs incorporate leather and dark colors. I made a suggestion: “for this new collection, how about you use brighter colors and printed fabrics”. He was all about it! He researched a fabric store in Clintonville called Sew to Speak…
This little gem has been around for about 7 ½ years… Who knew?! Apparently not us. They offer classes as well that will teach you how to sew a pillow, clothing, and such. This will make for a cool group outing. They are so friendly at Sew to Speak, I look forward to visiting them again.
