The high was always good, but it was equally as dangerous, especially for the relationship with the love of his life. Roger was different when he consumed heavy amounts of drugs, and Liv never failed to notice the change in the color of his eyes as he lied about his sobriety.

I’m not quite sure if you already said this but how John and Roger realized they’re in love with Liv?

I have already done this with Roger but I can do it again!

John:

His pathetic puppy dog crush on Liv had been worth it all along, because after years of the two of them making eyes at each other from across the room, they’d had the guts to make something of the two of them. 

They were about six months strong in their relationship when John finally realized that the crush he had on her had blossomed into full blown love.

Unfortunately for him, he was on tour. And telling Liv over the phone wasn’t exactly something he wanted to do, but he wanted her to know exactly how he felt.

How his feelings came along? The couple had been on the phone with each other every night, the sound of her voice causing longing in him. And every day while they were practicing, and every night after a show, he was constantly reminded by other women that Liv wasn’t with him. He could have any of these other women he wanted. Watching Roger pick up a new girl night after night, John found himself thinking what it would feel like to be like that.

But after phone call after phone call with Liv, he realized he didn’t see any other girl in the same light that he saw Liv. He didn’t want any other girl in bed with him. No. Never. He was in love with Olivia May.

Roger:

Roger realized his love for Liv at the most inconvenient time for everyone involved. It was before they left for the very tour where John realized his love for Liv.

John and Liv were together, cuddled up on a couch in the studio they were recording in. Liv was dozing off against John’s chest, face buried against the fabric of his shirt. He’d recorded the bass part for the evening, so now he was simply just acting as Liv’s pillow. 

Roger was watching them quietly from afar, chewing on his bottom lip because the feeling in his chest made him uneasy. He’d been so close to Liv for so long, for so many years, why was looking at her right now making him feel this way?

After he looked away to really start to think about his feelings, he had a realization. Not only was jealousy bubbling up inside him, which was odd…but there was another feeling too. He was in love with his best friend. 

Seeing her with another man triggered the love for Liv that had been hidden deep inside of him all along.

Will be getting to the IYLMLMG prompts in my inbox shortly! I just bought the Bohemian Rhapsody book from Barnes and Noble and I’m a bit infatuated. But, please send me more! It will be awhile before I go to sleep. I’m craving some Liv x John or Roger or cute sibling stuff with her and Bri! Or, friendship stuff with her and Fred or Mary! ANYTHING!

36, 48. Roger/Liv.

36). What makes them feel guilty?

Roger feels guilty when he’s out too late, either at the pub or recording, because he knows that Liv is worrying. Yet, he still does it.

Liv feels guilty when she SOMETIMES thinks about John while with Roger. I’m not going to elaborate on this, however. 

48). How do they express love?

Liv just showers Roger in a ton of “I love you’s” and kisses everywhere, followed by lots of affection. She also loves to do things for him. Loves to cook, do his laundry, all of those things because she wants him to be happy and worry free while he’s so busy.

Roger, like John, has written several songs for Liv. Not all of them have gotten on the albums, of course, but it’s still the thought that counts. He of course tells her he loves her as well, but he also buys he little gifts as well. He almost always comes home with something for her.
