It's soooo hard to choose just one but out of our regional specialties my personal favorites are hot wieners (Olneyville New York System Wieners is the full name I believe, no they're not hot dogs and no you can't put ketchup on them that's a felony) all the way which are best served with coffee milk.
Also anything involving quahogs (clams) especially clam cakes, and if you see a truck that says Del's Lemonade then go check that out because Del's Lemonade is better than your lemonade and it's unique and stuff like it's kind of slushy. Also don't use a straw hon because then everyone's gonna look at you weird because that shows you don't know what you're doing oh and also it's a crime.
