Training log: 20 May

Snatch Worked up to x2 40kg and x1 42.5kg

Multiple failed attempts at 45kg and 47.4kg

I am pulling the bar high enough (I can bloody see it!) - just not sitting as soon as it hits my hip line.

Jerk Worked up to x2 60kg. Felt happy today. Had the jump and got under it.

Finished with a few muscle ups :)
