Just watched 2008 beijing rg final and... Oh boy, i had to actually do a quick search on kapranova and apparantly she didnt just seem like a hot mess, she was a hot mess. My head couldnt comprehend how she had such scores, im sorry i dont usually say shit like this but damn. And apparantly she was consistent at it idkdkgkslfk i honestly couldnt believe she was in medal position until she dropped clubs.

Also feeling gutted for peycheva 14 years later ;) i do actually feel like she and bessonova were underscored but i actually dont rly understand how the scoring worked so im not gonna complain about this

So im a pretty new rg fan and I havent watched many of the old competitions (esp since you couldnt find many of them even if you tried) but like, the way peycheva cought the hoop in athens 2004, like, yes gurl, kill it
