Er erzählte mir, dass sie immer ihr Obst und Gemüse selbst angebaut hat und das ganze Jahr ständig am Einkochen und Verarbeiten war. Aber sie war dafür nie einkaufen und im Winter war er immer ganz überrascht, wie sie die Kartoffeln und Äpfel gelagert hat, sodass sie lange haltbar blieben 🥰🥰

Vanessa Armstrong (Crush/Dislike): Seth had been on his own for 8 years before he was brought to Chicago. He still remembers at one point forgetting how to walk on two legs because he was shifted for months, if not over a year. People like Vanessa, who forget that they are animal shifters and not human, do not sit right with Seth. They make his skin crawl and Seth's response is to attack. He tries to steer clear of Vanessa, especially after bumping heads more than once. Deep down he knows he likes her and would fall to his knees if she showed interest in him. They have similar stories when it comes to being overlooked by their family.
Platonic Connections:
Ellis Watts (Leader): Seth enjoys his shifted form over his human form and he can see how much it makes people uncomfortable. Ellis tries to hide it but Seth is not an idiot; poker face or not, Seth can sense it. Seth can tell Ellis is trying to get to understand him but Seth isn’t ready to share his story or feelings yet.
Leon King (Friend): Seth responds well to Leon. He never feels pressured, chastised or unwelcomed when it comes to the older Jackal. Seth knows Leon can be a great influence on him eventually. Seth keeps finding himself not wanting to disappoint the older gentleman. Unlike Sarah and Katherine, Seth does not find Leon’s fathering or brotherly nature annoying or overbearing at all.
Zelda Harris (Friend): Seth met Zelda when Odell dropped him at the Harris’s house his first night. He wasn’t sure what he expected, but Zelda wasn’t it. She gave him space, barely acknowledging him the whole first night he was there. It was refreshing, especially after the barrage of questions from Shannon and Sarah. It took Seth about a month to realize Odell and Zelda were dating.
Odell Rella (Friend): Seth had been on his own for 8 years before Odell found him and brought him to Chicago. Odell was not what Seth originally expected him to be; especially as third of their clan. They get along well, Odell allows him to tag along everywhere he goes and has been showing him the ropes around town. It took Seth about a month to realize Odell and Zelda were dating.
Matthew William-Jones (Friend): Zelda, Odell and Seth usually visit Anonymous for Happy Hour. Despite most of his clan disliking the jackals, Matthew finds them the easiest to talk to. Seth is new to his clan too, and it’s a comfort to have someone also learning how things run in Chicago.
Gretchen Sims (Friend): Zelda introduced Seth to Gretchen his first night in town. They hit it off immediately and exchanged numbers within the first few hours. As an official welcome to Chicago and to celebrate their new friendship, Gretchen organized a bar crawl for Seth, which is a hyena tradition for all new members.
Luke Bowick (Friend): Seth met Luke on the night of his bar crawl. Once Luke had a few beers in him, he was very entertaining and livened up the night.
Anton Kowalski (Old Friend): Anton is from the same city as Seth. They attended the same schools and functions but never really hung out. Seth is glad to see him in town and is thinking of extending his friendship and social group to the hybrid.
Milo Vasu (New Friend): Seth was introduced to Milo after he sent his application for local university. Milo showed him around and invited him to a party. Milo seems fun and has dragged Seth Underground for bowling and paintball.
Angel Landyn (New Friend): Milo introduced Seth to Angel. Angel seems fun and has caught Seth’s full attention. He had never met a human shifter before. Angel has introduced Seth to a few warlocks, witches and vampires.
Benjamin ‘Ben’ Nile (New Friend): Seth met Ben while hanging out with Zelda, Odell, Gretchen and Luke. He performed a set at the place they were hanging out at. Seth finds Ben being an established musician and firefighter hilarious.
