Ingredients: 6 large eggs. 1/4 cup milk. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/2 cup diced bell peppers any color. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/2 cup diced cooked bacon or ham. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. Spray a 9x9-inch 23x23 cm baking dish with cooking spray or grease it lightly with butter. Spread the diced bell peppers, onions, and cooked bacon or ham evenly in the baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over the veggies and meat. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the omelette is set and slightly golden on top. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
