I understand that those last moments were so full of pain and emotion, but don't let that distract us from all the other things like:

We see PRE FALL CROWLEY and he confirms HE WAS A HIGH RANKING ANGEL a thing that the fandom has especulated upon for, i don't know, 30 YEARS???

All in all, the season was absolutely great, the ending was AMAZING, and im so glad Neil did what he did. Is a season that gave us all and a lot more. I understand everyone's pain but this is in Neil's head the set up for a last 3rd season. Let's not allow the emotional rollarcoaster to take away all the amazing things the season did.

I can't shake the thought... What has Aziraphale DONE for Crowley?

I am not saying he doesn't love him. Of course he does. He couldn't be more smited smote smitten if he tried. But, all the nice gestures (cleaning the stain, miracling Hamlet to be popular, saving books) are all Crowley. All the saving and protecting? Also Crowley.

Sure, Aziraphale goes into Hell for him, but just as Crowley goes to Heaven. And yet Crowley went to Heaven to help him TWICE. The holy water? Crowley was the one that asked for it, and it still took Azoraphale years.

Of course he cares about Crowley (it's why he doesn't want to give him the water in the first place). He cares and loves him so much, and it could be said that they hace different love languages, but it still feels like he should be doing more, that he should be kinder and more attentive with his demon.

Am I missing anything?

I just really hope that s3 gives us something about that. Some sort of confirmation that Aziraphale went back to Heaven now in an attempt to not only fix Heaven but to make everything safer and better and worth it for Crowley. Not only for himself, or for Heaven, but for CROWLEY.

You know how Good Omens fics were (before s2) usually either slice of life stuff, mixed with through the ages scenes, and or some love confession shenanigan and whatnot

Well, I want that, but I don't want to go read the old ones, I want that, but with the new stuff we got in the 2nd season.

I want the ox aftermath, and them teasing eachother over it in the future, I want memories from pre fall Crowley, I want them talking about wtf went on with Bee and Gabriel. There's probably more Im not saying

I wholeheartadly believe that less than a week its not sufficient time to properly gather all our thoughts and emotions.

With that in mind: Don't go yell at other people for liking the season/ending or not. Don't insult others over theories or character interpretations. Please.

We have years to theorize and talk and think. Let's not rush over at each other now.

Re-reading the fic "its a new craze" by @areyougonnabe after some months after Season 2.... Surely some stuff hits differently:
