When Drift had finally met up with Crosshairs after Cemetery Wind had forced the Autobots to split up and go on the run, he’d been not only annoyed it was the one mecha that probably shit talked him the most but also that they’d decided to kidnap a human.
Okay, okay, not kidnap. Rescue, whatever. Drift wasn’t about to disbelieve the claim, there was nothing really for the paratrooper to gain from such an act anyways.
If anything it made Drift not regret jumping in to help the pinned down paratrooper. Of course, he’d had done it anyways, but then he’d probably find some excuse to go it on his own again.
But now that Crosshairs had a human around too, Drift couldn’t help but fret. Could they even take care of one?
“Are you sure you’re getting enough nutrients? I mean, my scans say otherwise. We should probably find you something other than fast food and potato chips.”
