oh my god so yeah I have never told my therapist about my sexuality, I wanted to in the first session but I choked and then the moment was over and it never came up again in the last 5 months

and I don’t don’t what happened today BUT omg i’m still laughing?? :’D she said she always had an inkling that I prefered the ~company of women~ and it was just a feeling she got from me and and she apologized for kind of provoking me to finally tell her because kept talking about me meeting men and just omg it was so funny actually? but anyway she was really great about it and understood why I didn’t tell her sooner and why I worried about it

anyway I definitely feel relieved now that she knows and we can openly talk about it. and omg she even gave me tips for going out because she has a lot of wlw patients apparently? so yeah this is a thing that happened :D
