One time a friend goes check on them and maybe they find them just as they are entering their house/dorm/room for the night after a long day. The friend notices something is off, they are so tense and, after some further questioning, they seem even in pain. Of course they deny everything is off and it just makes the friend worry more, proposing to take them to the hospital. But they can't tell they are bursting, first because it's far too embarrassing, and second of all because then they will have to admit they waited far too long to take a break, to the point it's been painful for a couple hours now (but they were so busy!). They can't let the friend know, or they will worry even more and it's not fair, they worry too much already and they don't deserve that much attention...

How would this end?

Five

he's hypervigilant and anxious normally and extra so in public bathrooms after being alone for so long(and basically going wherever he wants, not cornered in one location, except for his years at the commission). Anyone could walk in while he's vulnerable and he’s always lowkey worried about more commission agents so he ends up being bladder shy and can't go (i dont feel like that one HQ exploding is the end of the commission in the tv show canon so 🤷)

he is stubborn and figures he will never get better at holding it if he always goes right away so he tries to wait until home

sometimes he'll wait too long and get locked up from being TOO full and can't go at all even if he's alone then panics(he can't fight like this, what if something happens!!) which in turn makes it worse 

he usually can't jump when he's too desperate cause he can't concentrate on it but when he does manage he usually loses it right after cause the force from jumping is too much for his bladder, at least he’s usually alone and near/in a bathroom when it happens

one of the many reasons he prefers to drive is because he can control when they stop without his siblings being assholes

PTSD bedwetting and stress wetting because he definitely has a lot of anxiety

hyper focuses on his work and doesn't notice how bad he has to go until its almost too late

again he’s Anxiety and he gets super irritable and snappy when he starts having to go cause, especially around a lot of people cause I’d imagine he’s not comfortable around crowds either.

the sibs dont really notice at first cause he always channels his anxiety into being irritable & snappy, they dont get why until they notice why he's fidgeting so much

tries to be quiet and not show any signs when he's desperate but can't help showing signs when its really bad because he'll do anything to try and make it, he hates that he gets so obvious but he hates wetting himself more, its messy and he feels disgusting after and of course he hates being perceived as childish in any way but god he's the full cliche: squirming and eventually full on potty dancing, desperate noises and sobs getting caught in his throat, full on bent over with his hands stuffed between his legs but still losing it, he starts whining "no no no" under his breath when he starts crying, the whole shebang

as much as he hates it, he is in his teen body and he is going through puberty again and he has all the emotional mood swings that go along with it and he tries not to be embarrassed but he always flushes very red and feels himself tear up whenever he doesn't make it.

I'm already giving him so many more problems on top of what he has in canon so I feel like he's alone most of the time for any accidents I don't wanna be too mean and I'm weak and don't like public humiliation that much

he gets mad cause he doesn’t remember this being such an issue when he was actually 13 but he also didnt drink coffee and alcohol when he was actually 13

tbh half his problems are from baby bladder body and half are him being stubborn and waiting too long though I do imagine as he ages he does get better at holding 

Klaus

he doesn't really care about wetting cause he's been through grosser tbh, I mean dumpster diving in like, the first or second ep I don't remember

again Five IS going through puberty again so the hormones/being horny all the time IS a factor and he realizes that helps him wait sometimes and then gets annoyed at having to deal with an inconvenient erection on top of everything else (your choice whether he uhhh ends up liking it)

Klaus is of course, sympathetic and tries to help Five when he can, I hc that when Klaus is comforting someone he's very liberal with affectionate nicknames (sweetie, sweetheart, baby, honey, fivey, etc) and like, forehead kisses and its the only time Five lets him get away with it cause he's too embarrassed to protest

one of my fav HCs is Klaus helping Five relax enough to go during one of those times when he just can’t, like hugging him from behind and softly rubbing the little bladder bulge Five has to help him unclench and relax enough. He keeps whispering "shh shh sweetie, it's just me and we're alone it's ok you can go" but keeping his face turned away and tells Five he'll lookout so he can relax and go

also kinda gets turned on if he sees Five all desperate bc he likes it but he's also weirded out bc young body but he gets less resistant as Five ages

BNHA omorashi headcanons pt.2

I wanted to do 3-4 characters again, but Kacchan is my favourite BNHA character for pee desperation headcanons, so I think he deserves a post of his own. You can imagine him slightly aged up.

Bakugou Katsuki

Kacchan is really fucking stubborn. I mean, we saw him refuse help while seconds away from being killed by a villain. Now imagine he was kidnapped by villains (you know, like that one time). He wouldn't ask to be taken to the bathroom, no matter how bad he would need to go. To be honest, I think he would rather piss his pants than ask for the help of his enemies, but still, he would do everything in his power to avoid that umiliation. Katsuki generally hates to admit he needs to go, so he's used to holding it and he has a big bladder. Also, he has a strong will and an almost perfect control, so it would take a lot before he becomes desperate enogh to leak (considering he probably wouldn't be drinking much). At this point there are two possible outcomes.

He might actually end up wetting himself. As good as he is at holding his pee, everyone has a limit. His breath heavy as he starts to leak, he would fight til the last second, no matter how pointless it is. Cheeks blushing and eyes shimmering with unshred tears of shame and sheer need, he would bend his head to hide his expression - equal parts embrassment and relief. Once he's done, he would try to act like he doesn't care and he just finds funny that the villains will have to eventually clean the large puddle from the floor - but his act would be quite weak.

On the other hand, he might be able to hold it until his friends come to his rescue. This might seem like a much better outcome, but it's not as easy as it seems. By the time they come, he would be so desperate he couldn't completely hide it. Every muscle tense, his body slightly bent forward, his legs so tightly pressed togheter they're shaking, he would immediately worry his friends.

"Kacchan, are you hurt?" would ask a wide-eyed Izuku.

"Shut up, Deku."

Deku, Kirishima and everyone else present would look at each other with concern.

They might end up taking him to the hospital, Bakugou too desperate to argue. He wouldn't say anything about the actual problem until the doctor visiting him just feels how full his bladder is and finally realize what's wrong. After Kacchan finally relieve himself - at that point seconds away from loosing control anyway -, the doctor would lecture him on the risks of holding his pee for so long. Bakugou would die of embarrassment, but at least his friends would never find out what happened.

Otherwise, Deku and Kirishima might realize Kastuki's problem is not one to be solved at the hospital. This would happen if Kacchan is desperate enough that he's forced to hold himself, even if just for a brief second.

Izuku would blush at the sight.

"Oh."

"Deku, open your mouth again and I'll kill you."

"Come on, man, let's just find a bathroom", would propose Kirishima.

"Tch, I don't need your help for that."

But still, Deku and Kirishima would look for the bathroom since Kacchan would be unable to really focus on anything except his desperation.

The moment Bakugou sees the bathroom door, he would start leaking and, pride put aside, he would have to run for it. At that point, it would have been that or wetting himself.

Sighting in relief, he would finally assess the damage and blush hard at the sight of the small wet spot on his pants.

BNHA omorashi headcanons

As I said before, I'm watching the 4th season of BNHA and I think it has amazing potential for omorashi. Imagine the characters as slightly aged up, if you prefer. Usually I'm more focused on 1-2 character I like in omo scenarios, but in this case I think I will do headcanons for most of them.

Izuku Midoriya

I think Deku usually has healthy bathroom habits, going just-in-case when he has the opportunity to avoid uncofortable situations. When he's nervous he needs to go much more often and he doesn't really like to let people know about his need, especially since he spends most of his time with Uraraka (he's not used to be so close to a girl and he would be extra embarassed). So in the rare occasions he finds himself actually needing to go and not having the opportunity, he'd rather hold it. His bladder is not even small, but he would get nervous because of the situation he's in (if he wasn't already) and feel even a stronger urge. Anyway in the end he would be able to hold it for a really long time, no matter how unconfortable he is (I mean, he's the boy that voluntary broke his arms multiple times, some pain won't stop him if he puts his mind to it). So I guess that even if he had some close calls, he never wet himself and usually just go as he feels the urge.

Tenya Ida

I think of Ida as a really methodic, organized guy. He would basically have a routine for bathroom breaks too, basically going at each break from class considering is always super hydrated (and he would remind others to drink too). If for whatever reason he skips one of his programmed bathroom break, he would find himself in a thight spot, especially because he doesn't want to ask to leave class (he needs to take notes!). The fact that he needs to pee would be quite obvious and he would try to act like he's not embarassed. I think that each time he skips a break (which is not often), teachers would end up noticing and, after they realized why he doesn't ask to leave, they would tell him to go and just stop the lesson for five minutes until he comes back. Ida would apologize to no end for the interruption, but he would be glad he got to go.

Ochaco Uraraka

Again, nothing crazy going on here, but I think she would hate to admit she needs to go out loud. She would mind too much people guessing she needs to pee, but he wouldn't tell or talk about it, especially with her male friends. Also, big relief everytime she gets out of her tight custume and finally pees.

All Might

Okay, now we're talking. All Might entire career is an effort to become the symbol of peace, an invincible, omnipresent, perfect superhuman. He hid the fact that muscle form was not his real form, he hid the fact he was hurt terribly by All for one, he did everything to keep up this facade. So, what if someone needs help while he's on his way to the bathroom? Of course he would hurry and fight the villain. Not only that, but after it's over he would stay around for photographs and greetings, knowing too well his reputation is just as important as physically saving people. His smile would stay on his face the whole time, but inside he would be dying. I imagine this kind of situations and the costant double life he lived got in trouble more than a few times, even ending in accidents sometimes.

Hard agree, I read literally every bsd omorashi ff on ao3 and I need more, goddammit. This fandom is gold and the characters are perfect for omorashi situations. So, oc I'll try!

- We all know that story of some guy of the past who supposedly died of a burst bladder, right? Well, considering Dazai is constantly trying to kill himself in the most unlikely ways, I think he would try also this, one day or another. He would just go on with his day avoiding going the bathroom until people would start question why he is squirming. He would explain, but there would be no way to convince him to stop.

Imagine him blushing from the effort, holding himself sitted in a contorted position, his usual composure and coolness completely lost because of the pure need he is feeling. He would deny himself relief until leaks would start streaming through his fingers. He wouldn't be able to stop himself from whimpering while he struggles to stop the flow. After some more moments of futile fight, he would completely lose control and be left wetting with the longest stream, panting. Death by pee desperation was not a good idea, after all.

- Extra layer for those into sexual omo

While Dazai is trying this new suicide technique, he is still in the mafia and he's working with Chuya. Once the redhead knows what is happening, he wants Dazai to stop.

"What is it, Chibi, you're worried for me?"

"I said stop it already, your squirming is fucking annoying."

Chuya is blushing, but Dazai is too desperate to focus on that.

"Come on, I'm trying to die, d-don't bother me... Ah..."

Chuya would just stare, unable to move his eyes from the strangely disheveled figure of Dazai.

"Oh God, it's harder than I thought... How did that guy managed? Ah... Fuck, I need to sit down" he would talk to himself.

"Just go to the bathroom already, idiot"

"D-don't tempt me, Chuya... I need to wa-ah... I can't..."

Dazai, eyes shut in focus, would start leaking and Chuya would be left watching his rival completely lose control in front of him.

Afterwards, Dazai would treat it as any other failed suicide attempt, while Chuya face would have the same colour of his hair. Once he got back his cognitive abilities, Dazai would soon realize what is wrong with the other boy: he found it hot, really hot considering the boner he's sporting. Chuya would never hear the end of it.

It's not much, but it's what came to my mind today!

I actually remember reading a Castlevania omo fanfic on AO3 once - it featured Alucard being desperate while being stuck in an important meeting with his father.What would be some good Alucard omo headcanons and scenarios for him?

I've read it! There are only like 2 omo fanfictions of Alucard on ao3 unfortunately. I already wrote a post about him, but here are some more hc!

- Alucard is a noble. He is used to actual bathroom with privacy and chamberpots, so when he starts going around with Trevor and Sypha he is shocked by the lack of proper facilities.

- At first he just resolve to hold it until he finds the opportunity to relieve himself to his terms, which happens usually only at night if they are lucky enough to sleep in a rented room.

-This means he's holding it all day, sometimes even for a couple of days, but considering Alucard he's partly a vampire and his body does not work the same as humans', he's mostly fine.

- I mean, he's desperate most of the time and he had a couple of close calls (too close for his liking, considering once he might have suffered the slightest leak), but he's fine. He can hold it, of course he can wait until it's appropriate to go.

- This also means that Sypha and Trevor are convinced he just doesn't need to pee. I mean, they never actually talked about it (as it would be awkward to discuss vampire physiology with him), but it only comes natural considering they never saw him take that type of break.

- They are also convinced he's more cold and sullen than he actually is. He's not the friendly type to begin with, but a constantly full bladder is enough to tamper anyone's mood.

- Alucard perfect plan of never pissing somewhere improper crush the day he drinks blood. An enemy hurt him so it's just fair he drinks some of his blood to heal.

- Two hours later he's good as new but his bladder, not being emptied since the night before, is FULL and they're sleeping in a shed. There is nothing for miles around them, so Alucard convince himself he can hold it until they'll reach a town the next day.

- It's just past midnight when he realises he can't. No matter how hard he crosses his legs under the wool blanket, it's too much. His bladder is bulging out of his normally flat abdomen and he feels like he's going to explode any moment.

- He gets up and start to pace around, trying to think of a solution. When he resorts to pinching the end of his penis, he blushes hard. What wrong must he have done to end up like this?

- His not so careful steps wake Trevor.

"Alucard, what are you doing?", he asks still sleepy.

Alucard frozes. He wants to die right in that moment.

The lack of an answer worries Trevor.

"Wait, are you hurt or something? I thought the blood helped you heal."

Alucard is panting from the effort of holding it while standing still and not holding himself.

Trevor gets up, comes closer in the dark room to see what is happening.

"Don't. It's none of your business", finally replies Alucard, trying to sound cold as usual. It would have worked if his voice wasn't shaking.

Trevor glares at him and comes closer.

"What is it?", he ask bluntly.

Alucard doesn't answer, his head bent to avoid Trevor questioning gaze, but his bladder contract and he leaks. To stop it, he's forced to hold himself. For a moment, he thinks he reached the peak of the possible embarrassment, but he quickly realises things are going to get much worse in the next few minutes if he doesn't do something about it.

"I need a chamberpot", he admit to a startled Trevor.

"W-what? I thought you didn't..."

Alucard hisses, eyes closed in concentration, because at this point he's in pain from how full his bladder is.

"Just... just go outside", suggest Trevor terribly confused.

"That's not...", he can’t finish the sentence. A small moan escape his lips.

"What's going on?", ask Sypha, at this point awake too.

Trevor shakes his head, while Alucard his in no position to explain. It doesn't take much time for Sypha to realise what is happening. She quickly gets an empty waterskin.

"Just go in there, okay?"

Alucard takes it. He's constantly leaking by this point, he knows it's the best option. He tries to think it's just a chamberpot.

When the waterskin is full, he stops even if he's not done yet.

- The following conversation is the most embarrassing moment of his life.

- Trevor just doesn't understand why going outside is a problem. Sypha glares at him, an hand on Alucard's shoulder.

- She gets it. Being a woman, she didn't find it easy to go outside in the beginning.

- At this point, Alucard is ready to abandon his good manners and try this practice of pissing outside. There is no way it's worse then what he just went through.

- "Just go outside with Trevor next time, okay? You're going to hurt yourself like this."

Trevor frowns, but doesn't reply and in the end he actually brings the half-vampire with him in the woods.

BSD omo prompt I’m in love with

You know the heartbreaking scene where Dazai is training Akutagawa and hitting him until he's spitting blood?

Now imagine Dazai realising he can't go on like this because every time the boy needs a few days to heal and can't train. He needs to find another way to motivate Akutagawa to fight with all his strength. No matter how cruel.

So the next day, as soon as the training starts, Dazai catch Akutagawa in a deadly grip, deactivating his ability, and close the boy's jeans with a padlock.

He then proceeds to tell Akutagawa that if he doesn't want to piss his pants he'll have to take the key from him, by whatever means necessary.

After a bit of pointless fighting from Akutagawa, Dazai will go on with his day as if nothing is happening, effortlessly defending himself from the boy's attacks while Akutagawa become more and more desperate with each passing hour.
