Vivienne Westwood: ‘Hercules and Omphale Heart Bag’ (1993)
queen omphale and her (second) favorite pet
lowkey lost motivation for this art cause i been thinking about my ocs so it's kinda unfinished but i promise the greek mythology art isn't going anywhere
I think Queen Omphale and Heracles is a story with potential. If I was a writer I could reach stars with them I just know it
But I'm a doodler so have those :3
It’s ironic that Heracles x Omphale offers the best case scenario for a slave x master story.
Bc yeah Omphale basically had Heracles on a leash but he doesn’t seem to mind?? Like even after he finished his sentence of serving her he still stays with her and they get married. I mean this is Heracles we’re talking about, when someone wrongs him he’d sack a whole city just to get his lick back so the fact he doesn’t do that to Omphale despite the fact she used him and made him dress like a woman and wore his lion pelt… it says a lot about them, their relationship and their kinks lol
Also they seemingly only had a sexual relationship AFTER she freed him and they get married. That’s a major point in their favor bc this actually evens out their power dynamic and Heracles can actually consent.
Do you have art of Heracles and Omphale together heh 😏
Heh yes 😏
Heracles: You're killing my tough guy personality!
Omphale (wearing his lion mane and holding his club): Who's a good kitty?
Heracles:...
Heracles (wearing a dress): Meeeeee :3
