On Apathy

Every time I revert back to my apathetic state I always make it out to be great. It’s not. I’m stuck between emotions. Hanging there waiting for something to happen that’ll finally make me feel again. The only way I can describe it is this: I no longer exist. I am not who I was, and there is no telling who I will become. All I am is nothing. It reminds me of the part with Polyphemus from The Odyssey. I am Nobody, and “Nobody’s killing me.”

i usually act really apathetic to everything in general and it's kind of a big problem sometimes i think

like it's not necessarily that i dislike anything i just can't bring myself to care about it unless it's a really big deal and usually i don't think it is

i don't get sad over really big tragedies in real life but i will cry at my favorite book or game every time. i don't get angry but i can get heated when someone calls me out on something.

last night i got hyped up on sugar and kept laughing at everything and people liked it when i did that better and i wish i could do that all the time but i really can't because it just

doesn't flow right with me

it has its ups and downs i suppose but it's mostly just kind of frustrating
