Initially the boy started at the touch, still a little jumpy from their most recent escapades into the Metaverse as the instinct to be on the lookout for constant danger had yet to fully fade. But quickly as it came, Akira uncoiled from the tense position he’d adopted when it registered the arms snaked around him were hardly an enemy, but rather someone much more familiar and pleasant to be around. “You made me jump” He teased softly, tilting his head back and catching Yusuke’s gaze a little awkwardly. “What’s up?” He questioned, wondering what bought on the sudden affectionate hold.

@artfulfox liked for a Catboy!Akira starter -- Akira stared unblinking at the man across from him, it would have been impossible to tell what the catboy was thinking from his blank expression, but inwardly the cat side of Akira hissed in warning.  It wasn’t that the tall stranger seemed untrustworthy, in fact at first glance he seemed rather gentle natured, but it was the fact that anyone being lead to look at Akira meant a chance at him being bought, and as much as Akira wanted to get away from this godawful place, he didn’t want to be owned by anyone.  Still. If it was a kind person, he supposed at least it would be better then here. How these slimy ‘businessmen’ hadn’t been caught out for something that was basically illegal trafficking was beyond him.  Hybrids like him didn’t count as human, he guessed.  “I’ll leave you alone to get acquainted for a moment. He may look intimidating, but this one doesn’t lash out unless you poke too hard” Akira heard the older man joke, tempted to bare his teeth to prove him wrong. But he’d have no chance of leaving alive if he showed any aggression or violence.  So, act as mild mannered as possible it was.

–“Makotoooo” Akira whined, going cross-eyed in an attempt to look at the finger that was lightly pressed to the tip of his nose. Was she teasing him? “I’m focused, promise. You don’t need to poke me” The pout was clear in his tone as he slumped away from her touch and buried his head in the pile of textbooks. “Can we take a break yet?”

–“.....AhhCHOO” Akira started, blinking with wide-eyed surprise at his own reaction. “Um....huh...Ticklish?” He had no other explanation for why the sudden, teasing tap of his friends finger to the tip of his nose had suddenly made him sneeze like that. Did Yusuke have chalk on his fingers, maybe?

–“....Do I have something on my nose?” Akira questioned, fighting the urge to wiggle away from the gentle touch of the tip of Yusuke’s finger. It wasn’t unpleasant, just...unexpected. And Yusuke’s hands were cold.

–“What are yo-ah…” Akira blinked, frowning in confusion at Yusuke as the artist leaned back again. Out of seemingly nowhere he’d just swooped in, lightly tapped the tip of his nose and was gone again just as fast. Akira couldn’t help but start gigging slightly. “What was that for?” He questioned through the bubbling mirth, rubbing at his nose absently. The touch had tickled a little.

@corvidacee --“Yep!” Akira didn’t even spare Akechi a glance, too busy eyeing up his goal. What was he doing? Well, Ryuji had bet him he wouldn’t be able to pull off half the tricks he did in the metaverse, in the real world. And like hell was Akira going to back down from a bet like that. Ryuji could eat Akira’s battered old gymnastics medal. Akira had managed to scale his way to the top of a climbing frame in the park before Akechi wandered past and found him. He was aiming to jump the gap to the other side. “You should record me, I need evidence-Ready?” He didn’t really give him a chance. It was like six am, he was running on 20 shots of espresso and 4 hours sleep and this seemed like a fucking fantastic idea. “PARKOUR!” .......................................................................“Akechi?..........I think I broke something”
