For those of you who participated in Squat September, I have an idea for this month. Throughout September I struggled with eating healthy and right. That's why I really need a good month of eating the right way.
"Rules":
eat "on program" (I do weight watchers) or just eat healthy
don't cheat for an entire month
no binges
no starving: this is eating healthy! not about losing weight
