My daytime on repeat has been a lot of classic bossa nova while I'm at work. It's gorgeous but not knowing the language, it's also good because my brain will pull me into lyrics side quests if I'm listening to something in English. 🫠

Hiiii thanks so much for the ask 💜 this one has two answers, the first one being the line I loved most while making a wilmon edit to this song, which is:

“And I've never craved someone's attention

as much as yours, thought I should mention that”

Because well. I vividly see a smiley Simon on a piano bench watching and not at all absorbing Wille playing the beginning of Hillissången for him whenever I hear that line now. And I’m getting emotional just thinking about it.

But also I personally love

“Don’t love you yet, but probably will”

because knowing you’ll make yourself vulnerable like that and still almost resigning yourself to the fact that you will do it anyway? Looking at a person and knowing they’ll hold that level of significance in your life? Those are both such intense, beautiful sentiments.
