Heavy snowfall has severely affected road traffic in many parts of Himachal Pradesh. On Sunday, a 70-year-old man in Mandi district (HP) was carried on shoulders to the hospital for treatment. No vehicle could run after heavy snowfall blocked roads in Mandi and other neighbouring areas.
